The Gilero team verifies form, fit, and function through component layouts, analysis and other prototyping methods to develop a more detailed, working model. We identify the components, materials and production processes that meet or exceed the requirements specified for product features and functionality. We collaborate closely with potential suppliers and manufacturers to begin defining production logistics, substantiating cost, and weighing technical issues.
Gilero’s engineering team works closely with manufacturing suppliers every step of the way to ensure ease of manufacturing and assembly, as well as optimum product performance. We maintain design history files, follow document and engineering change control protocols, and employ design and technical reviews throughout the process. We have the ability to iterate your design very quickly by utilizing our rapid prototyping capabilities and internal test lab.
