In order to obtain early clinical feedback and performance evaluation, Gilero utilizes various prototyping methods to quickly evaluate concepts. These methods range from stereolithography prototypes to injection molded production quality devices. We’ve even developed our own proprietary process for rapid prototyping liquid injection molded silicones. When it comes to packaging, we will design and develop samples in the appropriate materials and accurate labeling. Simulated use of the products during this phase include packaging evaluation for such things as container design and ease of opening , as well as engineering performance testing of the device.
