Scalability for Medical Device Assembly & More

Gilero is a leading partner for complex device assembly. We specialize in helping clients scale their production as needed, from initial stages to full-scale manufacturing. Our commitment to excellence is exemplified by our unique approach of guiding our clients to “crawl, walk, and run” as they expand their operations.

As production volume grows, relying on manual assembly processes may become inefficient. In response, Gilero offers a range of semi-automated and fully automated production lines, strategically set up to streamline production and minimize costs. We can accommodate the increase in production in both our Tijuana and Pittsboro manufacturing facilities. Our team of highly skilled process engineers is dedicated to optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency, sustainability, and volume regardless of the device type.

Why Partner with Gilero for Complex Assembly Projects?

At Gilero, we are fully committed to the quality of our client’s products, which is evident through our ISO 13485 certification and adherence to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
