Vice President, Business Development

As the Vice President of Business Development, Clayton is responsible for leading and managing Gilero’s marketing department and nationwide technical business development team. His adaptability and work ethic make him an invaluable member of the team as he ensures that our customers are aware of Gilero’s ever expanding capabilities. With over twenty years of experience in manufacturing, Clayton utilizes his knowledge of component design, molding, and contract manufacturing to provide a very thorough assessment of each customer’s unique challenges and project goals. While working in manufacturing Clayton worked with a global client base. He has transferred his experience and skill within this market to his work at Gilero, expanding Gilero’s international reach. He is passionate about building meaningful relationships and takes pride in aligning highly talented engineering teams to match up with each customer’s specific project goals. Clayton holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from the University of Nebraska. Outside of the office, Clayton enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and competing in triathlons.
